An examiner’s authorization lapses. You hear it from the adjuster.

A Washington L&I IME provider number must be renewed every three years, and without it the exam does not get paid. A board certification expires on its own schedule. A licence lapses in one state and not another. Nobody writes to tell you — and the first you know is a report already delivered.

Design This is the interface being built, not a screenshot of a running system. Names and dates are invented. We are showing it to IME firms now so that what ships is the thing you would actually use.

What it does

Tracks state medical licences for every examiner, in every state they hold one
Tracks board certification status and expiry
Tracks state IME authorizations — WA L&I and NY WCB first — and their renewal dates

Answers “who is authorized for this one?” before you assign, not after
Keeps the dated evidence trail your URAC recredentialing file has to show
Checked against the public registers, daily — not against what someone typed in last year

What it deliberately does not do

No claimant records, no case files, no PHI of any kind
No scheduling, no report writing, no billing

It does not supply examiners. Your panel is yours — we only tell you its standing
It does not sit near your case management system, and does not need to

The narrowness is deliberate. There is nothing in PANEL worth breaching, which is why it can be bought without a six-month security review.
