A Washington L&I IME provider number must be renewed every three years, and without it the exam does not get paid. A board certification expires on its own schedule. A licence lapses in one state and not another. Nobody writes to tell you — and the first you know is a report already delivered.
PANEL checks every examiner on your panel against the public registers and tells you before the date, not after the assignment.

Design This is the interface being built, not a screenshot of a running system. Names and dates are invented. We are showing it to IME firms now so that what ships is the thing you would actually use.
The narrowness is deliberate. There is nothing in PANEL worth breaching, which is why it can be bought without a six-month security review.
Twenty minutes. We want to hear how you track examiner standing now — a spreadsheet, calendar reminders, somebody’s memory — and what has gone wrong. If PANEL is the wrong shape, we would rather hear it from you now than after it is built.
